Standard Shipping: Free Shipping For All Orders
2. Order Processing & Transit Times
Our total delivery time is split into two parts: Processing Time and Transit Time.
Order Cut-off Time: 2:00 PM (GMT)
Order Processing Time: 1–3 business days (Monday – Friday)
Transit Time: 5–8 business days (Monday – Friday)
Total Estimated Delivery Time: 6–11 business days.
3. Shipping Destinations
We currently ship to: United. Kingdom Only
Note: We do not ship to P.O. Boxes or Military Bases.
4. Tracking Information
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking number. You can track your package via our Track Your Order page or the carrier's website.
5. Delivery Delays & Issues
While we strive to meet all delivery timelines, occasionally delays may occur due to carrier issues or customs. If your package is significantly delayed, please contact us at support@avenostore.shop
6. Damaged Packages
Damaged or Incorrect Items — Step-by-Step Procedure
If your item arrives damaged, defective, or is not what you ordered, please follow these steps:
1. Report within 48 hours: Email support@avenostore.shop within 48 hours of delivery. Include your order number in the subject line.
2. Send photos: Attach clear photos of the damaged item and its packaging. This allows us to assess the issue immediately.
3. We'll send a pre-paid return label: Once we've reviewed your photos, we will email you a return label within 1 business day. You will not pay anything to return the item.
4. Choose your resolution: Tell us whether you'd prefer a full refund or a replacement. We'll confirm your choice by email.
5. Refund or replacement issued: Once we receive and verify the returned item, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 14 days, or your replacement will be dispatched within 2 business days.
Note: We reserve the right to request photographic evidence before issuing a pre-paid label. This protects both parties and ensures a fair process.
