Customers may return items within 30 days of delivery. Returns are free within the United Kingdom.

Refund Processing

After the returned item is received and inspected, refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 14 days.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your item arrives damaged, defective, or is not what you ordered, please follow these steps:

1. Report within 48 hours: Email support@avenostore.shop within 48 hours of delivery. Include your order number in the subject line.

2. Send photos: Attach clear photos of the damaged item and its packaging. This allows us to assess the issue immediately.

3. We'll send a pre-paid return label: Once we've reviewed your photos, we will email you a pre-paid Royal Mail return label within 1 business day. You will not pay anything to return the item.

4. Choose your resolution: Tell us whether you'd prefer a full refund or a replacement. We'll confirm your choice by email.

5. Refund or replacement issued: Once we receive and verify the returned item, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 14 days, or your replacement will be dispatched within 2 business days.

Note: We reserve the right to request photographic evidence before issuing a pre-paid label. This protects both parties and ensures a fair process.
